Warm welcome and shown to room straight away.
Room 1 was huge! Plenty floor space and all facilities were in good order. Double bed was very comfy and we slept well.
Cooked breakfast in morning was well cooked and promptly served. Self service for juices and cereals.
One thing we knew about was a bit of street noise as right on
the street but we slept well regardless
Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

What a great find! Lovely little hotel with comfortable rooms, fine food and excellent service from very friendly staff. Even the locals said "Hello" when you went into the bar. Only downside was noise from traffic and Saturday night revellers leaving the hotel as there is no double glazing. I appreciate this building will be a listed building but some secondary glazing would be of benefit.

The staff are helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. The only issue was that the place is noisy due to the live band playing opposite the building to my room. Very clean place.

We had a meal here tonight with our parents for our anniversary! I have to say the food was REALLY nice, the staff were very friendly! Highly recommend! Thank you 😊

Visited this place today as was passing through Kirriemuir. Sat in a had a meal with my partner and son and I have to say it was very delicious and a really nice atmosphere and very lovely place inside. Would definitely go back.

Had our dinner here yesterday evening - friendly service and really good food - generous portions and delicious. They were also very accommodating with request for gluten free meal. We will definitely eat there again
